Heritage Online Banking provides customers with convenient 24-hour world wide web access to all of their accounts. Heritage Direct Online Banking for Individuals includes access to comprehensive information about all loan and deposit accounts. Individuals may also enroll in our Heritage Direct Bill Payment system.
Heritage Direct Online Banking for Business provides all the standard features offered to Individuals, as well as wire transfer, ACH origination, and other Cash Management features.
Our online banking is provided to our individual clients at no charge, however there is a monthly fee of $5.95 for Bill Pay. For Businesses online, charges vary based on the services required. Please contact Cash Management at 800-796-4777, or call your account officer for more information.
System Requirements: To access your account(s) via the internet, you must have World Wide Web access via a Secure Internet Service Provider. Individual Online Banking may be accessed using a variety of web browser products: Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, or Netscape Navigator 7.0 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or Safari 1.0 – to name a few. The business Online Banking system is accessible using Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher or Firefox 1.0
MAC users can access the Individual system using a variety of browsers. To access the Business Online Banking system with a MAC, you must use OS10 with Firefox.
All of our Online Banking and Bill Pay systems require an internet browser which supports a minimum 128-bit encryption. Your Internet Service Provider can help you obtain the correct version.
